When are you flying?

Tell us your route, departure and when you want the brief. Once we approve your request, you complete the brief form from your dashboard.

Standard delivery, 48 hours from now, is filled in for you. You can choose an earlier time (a rush surcharge applies) or a later one, as long as it is at least 12 hours from now and at least 12 hours before departure. Times are your local time.
Request sent. It shows as Pending approval on your dashboard. Once we approve it, we will email and a Complete brief form button appears on your dashboard.

Briefings are issued by request. Tell us about the flight and we will confirm availability. On approval you receive an access code for that flight.

Requesting is not a purchase.
No payment is taken at this stage.

Thank you. We review every request and will email you at . If approved, the email contains your personal access code and a link to complete your order.

You complete the order. Confirm when you want the briefing, see the price and the delivery time we commit to, and pay. Your briefing is prepared after payment.

Why we ask first

Every briefing is prepared by an analyst and independently reviewed before release. Confirming availability before payment is how we keep our delivery promise honest.

Already have an access code

Your code is valid for the flight it was issued for, until the end of the flight date. Enter it to go straight to the order form.
